  HEAVY RAIN FROM 5 MILES WEST OF ATTICA TO 14 MILES SOUTH OF
  WARSAW...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...
