  NORTHEASTERN STARR COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS

* UNTIL 1145 PM CDT

* AT 1058 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 7 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF EL SAUZ...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
   LA GLORIA BY 1145 PM CDT.
