  NORTHERN WILLACY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS
  SOUTHERN KENEDY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS

* UNTIL 115 PM CDT

* AT 1228 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 11 MILES NORTHEAST OF RAYMONDVILLE...AND       
  SHOWS LITTLE MOVEMENT.
