THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 730 PM MST

* AT 645 PM MST...RADAR AND AN AUTOMATED GAGE INDICATED THAT HEAVY RAIN 
  HAD FALLEN IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AROUND PORTAL AND WEST OF PORTAL 
  IN THE CANYON AND ALONG CAVE CREEK. ALTHOUGH THE VERY HEAVY RAIN HAD SLACKED
  OFF AS OF 630 PM MST...RAPID RISES IN THE CREEK AND STANDING WATER 
  AROUND THE TOWN OF PORTAL CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH 730 PM MST.
 
  THIS WARNING EXTENDS THE PREVIOUSLY ISSUED WARNING FOR THIS AREA.
