* AT 617 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 12 MILES EAST OF TUCSON...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 5 MPH.

A SPOTTER REPORTED TWO FEET OF WATER ALONG HOUGHTON ROAD NORTH OF
