THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN DOUGLAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 438 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 3 TO 
AS MUCH AS 4.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL AND 
SOUTHEAST DOUGLAS COUNTY.  THE THUNDERSTORMS THAT DROPPED THE HEAVY 
RAIN WERE NEARLY STATIONARY AND WILL CONTINUE TO DROP MORE HEAVY 
RAIN ACROSS SOUTHERN DOUGLAS COUNTY.
