CURRENTLY: AS EXPECTED...GOOD COVERAGE OF CONVECTION WITH MORE
COMING UP FROM THE SOUTH. TEMPS REMAINING BELOW CLIMO THIS AFTERNOON
WITH HIGH CLOUD COVER.

FORECAST: DO NOT PLAN ON MAKING MANY CHANGES TO CURRENT ZONES.
WATER VAPOR LOOP SHOWS UPPER LOW SLOWLY MOVING WESTWARD PER MODELS...
AND LIKEWISE WEAK SURFACE LOW PRESSURE IS NOW OVER THE EASTERN
GULF. THIS PATTERN WILL CONTINUE THE FEED OF DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE
INTO THE CWA FOR SEVERAL DAYS WITH AVN FORECASTING CONTINUOUS PWS IN
EXCESS OF 2 INCHES. LOCAL FLOODING EXPECTED AT TIMES...AND WILL NEED
TO KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN THE BASINS OF THE FASTER
RESPONDING RIVERS AND CREEKS. MAX TEMPS A TOUCH BELOW NORMAL BECAUSE
OF CLOUD COVER WITH LOW TEMPS NEAR NORMAL. PROBABLY WONT NEED THE
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS ON THIS WEEK.

MARINE: WINDS HAVE COME AROUND TO SOUTHEASTERLY OR SOUTHERLY
EVERYWHERE NOW THAT THE SURFACE LOW HAS DRIFTED INTO THE GULF. THAT
WILL BE THE PREDOMINANT DIRECTION FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. NO
HIGHLITES EXPECTED.
