* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN FLORIDA
  THIS INCLUDES MARIANNA

* UNTIL 100 AM CDT

* AT 1128 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR            
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING OVER JACKSON COUNTY WITH      
  ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF   
  HOURS...ESPECIALLY TO THE SOUTH OF MARIANNA. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT  
  HAS ALREADY REPORTED FLOODING OVER ROUTES 273 AND 162...SO         
  MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO STAY OFF THE ROADS UNTIL THE FLOODING       
  THREAT HAS ENDED.

* DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
  ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
