  A BAND OF VERY HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING              
  EAST-NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH INTO HOLMES...CALHOUN...JACKSON...AND     
  NORTHERN BAY COUNTIES. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 4 INCH PER HOUR

  OBSERVED OVER MUCH OF THE AREA. THIS RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE
