NORTHWESTERN IRON COUNTY IN UTAH

* AT 422 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN BEAVER AND EXTREME
NORTHWESTERN IRON COUNTIES...OR ABOUT 46 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
MILFORD.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ALONG THE
HAMLIN VALLEY WASH. THIS MAY ALSO AFFECT NEARBY SMALL CREEKS AND
STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AS WELL AS FARMLAND
ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
