WESTERN KANE COUNTY IN UTAH

* AT 456 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
RAIN 6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ALTON...OR ABOUT 26 MILES NORTH OF KANAB.
THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.
HEAVY RAIN FALLING IN UPPER KANAB CREEK AND THE HEADWATERS OF
JOHNSON CANYON WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING DURING THE NEXT 2 HOURS.
