THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL UTAH COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF PROVO...PAYSON...SANTAQUIN AND
  SPRINGVILLE.

* UNTIL 815 PM MDT

STEADY LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVER AND 
NEAR THE SPRINGVILLE AND SANTAQUIN BURN AREAS.  SOILS HAVE BEEN 
SATURATED BY PREVIOUS RAINS...WHICH IN THE ABSENCE OF VEGETATION 
CREATES A HIGHER HAZARD OF DEBRIS FLOWS AND FLASH FLOODING. 

TO REPORT FLASH FLOODING HAVE THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY
