SOUTH CENTRAL EMERY COUNTY IN UTAH NORTH CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 430 PM MDT * AT 314 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL EMERY COUNTY...OR ABOUT 13 MILES NORTHWEST OF HANKSVILLE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THIS WARNING IS A CONTINUATION AND EXPANSION OF THE PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FLASH FLOOD WARNING.
