SOUTHWESTERN EMERY COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 330 PM MDT * AT 204 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHWESTERN EMERY COUNTY...OR ABOUT 31 MILES NORTHEAST OF LOA...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH. THIS STORM IS OVER THE MUDDY CREEK DRAINAGE IN THE SAN RAFAEL SWELL ABOUT 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF HANKSVILLE. THE RUNOFF WILL MOVE SLOWLY DOWNSTREAM TOWARD HANKSVILLE. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
