* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN TEXAS COUNTY IN MISSOURI

* UNTIL 215 AM CDT

* AT 925 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.   
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER 
  PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN TEXAS COUNTY SINCE 8 PM. 

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED 
  AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH   
  FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AND LOW LYING OR 
  POOR DRAINAGE AREAS TO OCCUR. FLOODING WILL MOST LIKELY AFFECT 
  RURAL AREAS BETWEEN CABOOL...HOUSTON...AND CLEAR SPRINGS.

LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN. DO
