* AT 1050 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR            
  INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE MISSOURI AND   
  ARKANSAS BORDER. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 3 INCHES             
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE WARNED AREA. 

* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM
  THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME
  LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...BRANSON...
  WASHBURN...TANEYVILLE...ROCKAWAY BEACH...MERRIAM WOODS...KIMBERLING
  CITY...INDIAN POINT...HOLLISTER...FORSYTH...EXETER AND CASSVILLE.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
