THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HOWELL COUNTY IN MISSOURI
  OZARK COUNTY IN MISSOURI

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 945 PM CDT... THAT EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WAS PRODUCING FLOODING
  ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.

* HEAVY RAINFALL WAS CAUSING FLOODING ALONG HIGHWAYS 883 AND 873     
  NEAR THORNFIELD IN OZARKS COUNTY. IN HOWELL COUNTY SEVERAL LOW     
  WATER CROSSINGS WERE CLOSED JUST SOUTH OF MOODY ON HIGHWAY 142.    
  HIGHWAY K IN HOWELL COUNTY NEAR POTTERSVILLE WAS ALSO CLOSED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
