* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OZARK COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI
  EASTERN TANEY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI
  HOWELL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI
  DOUGLAS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI
  TEXAS COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI
  DENT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1230 AM CDT

* AT 930 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN 
  OVER PORTIONS OF THE WARNED AREA...WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO THREE 
  INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO 
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING 
  INCLUDE...WEST PLAINS...HOUSTON...WILLOW SPRINGS...
  RAYMONDVILLE...LICKING...GAINESVILLE..CABOOL AND BAKERSFIELD.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE 
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS 
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
