  TAZEWELL COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT...

* AT 244 PM EDT...A SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN AND A CREEK OUT 
OF ITS BANKS. STORMS WERE LOCATED OVER RICHLANDS...OR ABOUT 24 MILES 
SOUTHWEST OF WELCH...  MOVING EAST AT 65 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE CEDAR BLUFF...CLAYPOOL
  HILL AND TAZEWELL.
