* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FAYETTE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT...

* AT 458 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED MODERATE  
  RAIN CONTINUED TO FALL NEAR OAK HILL.  THE AREA OF RAIN WAS 
  DRIFTING SOUTH.

  FAYETTE COUNTY EOC INDICATED THAT SEVERAL ROADS ARE UNDER WATER IN 
  AND AROUND THE COMMUNITIES OF OAK HILL...WHIPPLE AND SCARBRO.   

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE OAK HILL.

--CALL TO ACTION-- A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS
