* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FAYETTE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT...

* AT 257 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN...BETWEEN THE COMMUNITIES OF FAYETTEVILLE...ANSTED AND 
  POWELLTON.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

  RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATE THAT BETWEEN TWO AND THREE  
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THIS AREA IN THE PAST HOUR. 

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE OAK HILL.
