* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VINTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OHIO...

* UNTIL 300 AM EDT...

* AT 1155 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN 12 MILES WEST OF MCARTHUR...OR ABOUT 15 MILES 
  NORTHWEST OF WELLSTON.  

* THE AREA THAT WILL BE EFFECTED INCLUDES HIGHWAY 327..EAGLE 
  MILLS...AND THE STREAMS OF EAST FORK AND PIKE RUN IN NORTHWESTERN 
  VINTON COUNTY. 

--CALL TO ACTION-- A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS
