* UNTIL 1130 PM EDT...

* AT 934 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN...AS MUCH AS 3 INCHES...HAD FALLEN OVER MUCH OF ATHENS COUNTY
  DURING THE PAST HOUR. ADDITIONAL STORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL
  CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTHEAST INTO THE COUNTY THROUGH 1100PM EDT.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE ATHENS AND NELSONVILLE.
