  RAIN OVER WEST CENTRAL MONO COUNTY...OR ABOUT 6 MILES WEST OF 
LEE   VINING...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THIS INCLUDES STATE 
HIGHWAY 120 GOING TO TIOGA PASS FROM LEE VINING.
