  VALLEY
  NORTHWESTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA

* UNTIL 315 PM PDT

* AT 145 PM PDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN OVER MEYERS AND ECHO SUMMIT...MOVING SLOWLY NORTH AT 5 MPH.
  ADDITIONAL STORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHWEST DOUGLAS
  COUNTY ALONG THE EAST SHORE OF LAKE TAHOE.

* THE THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS
AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO
TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
