* AT 635 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER EAST CENTRAL PROWERS COUNTY...OR ABOUT
  18 MILES WEST OF SYRACUSE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE OPEN COUNTRY OF...  EASTERN        
  PROWERS COUNTY
