TALBOT COUNTY IN EASTERN MARYLAND * UNTIL 530 PM EDT. * AT 440 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 12 MILES WEST OF ST. MICHAELS...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE BEEN SIGHTED WITH THIS STORM IN CHESAPEAKE BAY NEAR CALVERT COUNTY.
