KENT COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND. * UNTIL 445 PM EDT. * AT 349 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM... 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF ROCK HALL...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
