THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN MONROE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.

* AT 310 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM 
WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN DRIFTING DOWN FROM THE NORTH.  RAINFALL RATES 
OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR ARE LIKELY WITH THE THUNDERSTORM.

FLOODING IS ANTICIPATED IN THE VICINITY OF TROUT LAKE...TOBYHANNA 
AND SKYTOP DURING THE BALANCE OF THIS AFTERNOON.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS 
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT 
DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. 
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. 
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE 
TO HIGHER GROUND.
