GLOUCESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 945 PM EDT. * AT 743 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLOODING ALONG THE BLACKHORSE PIKE AND ALSO SOME HOUSES IN WILLIAMSTOWN HAVE FLOODED. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS... STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
