GLOUCESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 845 PM EDT. * AT 636 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS THAT MOVED THROUGH THE COUNTY DROPPED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN WITHIN AN HOURS TIME. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
