THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MORRIS AND SUSSEX COUNTIES IN NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 245 AM EDT.

* AT 1137 PM EDT...ROADWAY FLOODING WAS REPORTED ALONG ROUTE 15 FROM 
JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP IN MORRIS COUNTY NORTHWARD INTO SUSSEX COUNTY. ROUTE 15 
HAS BEEN REPORTED AS CLOSED IN SOME AREAS.

HEAVY RAINS WILL BE OUT OF THE AREA BY MIDNIGHT AND FLOODING SHOULD 
SUBSIDE RAPIDLY BY 245 AM.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES
CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND.
