THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.

* AT 228 PM EDT...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED 7.50 INCHES
  OF RAIN IN MILLSBORO AND 5.65 INCHES IN GEORGETOWN. FLOODED 
  ROADWAYS WERE REPORTED MAINLY TO THE EAST OF U.S. ROUTE 113
  CONCENTRATED IN THE OAK ORCHARD AND MILLSBORO AREAS. 

* DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING HEAVIER RAIN REMAINING NEARLY 
  STATIONARY ACROSS EASTERN SECTIONS OF SUSSEX COUNTY. ADDITIONAL
  STORM TOTALS OF AROUND AN INCH IS LIKELY. THE INCOMING HIGH 
  TIDE IS LIKELY TO EXACERBATE THE FLOODING ALONG COASTAL AREAS 
  AND INLETS FOR THE REST OF THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TIDE AT FENWICK 
  ISLAND WILL BE AT 303 PM.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
