THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 1215 PM EDT.

* AT 1015 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF HEAVY 
RAIN MOVING NORTH THROUGH THE COUNTY. THROUGH 10 AM...THE AUTOMATED 
WEATHER STATION AT SUSSEX COUNTY AIRPORT AT GEORGETOWN HAD REPORTED 
OVER 5 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE YESTERDAY MORNING...WITH OVER 2 INCHES 
BETWEEN 8 AND 10 AM. STREET FLOODING IS LIKELY...AS WELL AS FLOODING 
OF LOW LYING AREAS AND AREAS WITH POOR DRAINAGE. THE RAIN SHOULD 
TAPER OFF FROM THE SOUTH OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.
