NORTHERN CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA NORTHERN MONROE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 630 PM EDT. * AT 322 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED.. THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE REGION HAVE ALREADY PRODUCED RAINS IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES ACROSS FAR NORTHERN MONROE AND CARBON COUNTIES.
