  NORTHERN CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA
  NORTHERN MONROE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 630 PM EDT.

* AT 322 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED..
  THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE REGION HAVE ALREADY PRODUCED RAINS IN
  EXECESS OF 2 IHCES ACROSS FAR NORTHERN MONROE AND CARBON 
  COUNTIES. ANOTHER BATCH OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINS
  IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE SAME AREAS DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
  ALONG THE TOBYHANNA CREEK...1.22 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN 40
