NORTHEASTERN CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA
NORTHERN MONROE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA
* UNTIL 600 PM EDT.
* AT 353 PM EDT...AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES INDICATED THAT RAINFALL HAD
EXCEEDED THREE INCHES. ALSO...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO FIVE INCHES HAD FALLEN IN THIS SAME
AREA. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED.
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
