THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN SUSSEX COUNTY IN NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 1045 PM EDT.

* AT 645 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR CONTINUED TO 
INDICATE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN IN NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA 
MOVING INTO NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.

RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES SINCE ABOUT 
400 PM IN THE NORTHERN PART OF SUSSEX COUNTY.  A RAINFALL TOTAL OF 
ONE AND THREE QUARTER INCHES WAS REPORTED FROM WANTAGE SHORTLY AFTER 
600 PM.

WHILE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOR THE NORTHERN 
HALF OF THE COUNTY...A PERIOD OF HEAVY RAIN WILL ALSO AFFECT 
SOUTHERN SUSSEX COUNTY.  HOWEVER...ONLY LOCALIZED FLOODING IN AREAS 
OF POOR DRAINAGE IS EXPECTED IN THE SOUTHERN SUSSEX COUNTY.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS 
IMMINENT.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER 
COVERS THE ROADWAY.
