INDIANA COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 445 PM EDT * AT 140 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN TO THE EAST OF THE CITY OF INDIANA OVER THE PAST HOUR. THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS FALLEN TO THE SOUTHWEST OF CLYMER NEAR THE JIMMY STEWART AIRPORT.
