THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPOKANE HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN PEND OREILLE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WASHINGTON
  NORTHEASTERN STEVENS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WASHINGTON

* UNTIL 1150 PM PDT

* AT 1119 PM PDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED POWER 
LINES AND TREES BLOWN DOWN WITH A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER 
NORTH STEVENS AND PEND OREILLE COUNTY. THE GREATEST THREAT FOR WINDS 
WILL OCCUR FROM 15 MILES NORTH OF METALINE FALLS...TO NORTHPORT. 
THESE STORMS WILL MOVE AT 40 MPH...PRODUCING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 
MPH.
