THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPOKANE HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN PEND OREILLE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WASHINGTON

* UNTIL 1230 AM PDT

* AT 1154 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  NEAR METALLINE FALLS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE...
  NORTH OF METTALINE FALLS TO THE CANADIAN BORDER THROUGH 1230 AM. 

THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 
MPH...AND HAS A HISOTRY OF DAMAGING WINDS THAT KNOCKED DOWN POWER 
LINES AND TREES.
