* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN NEW LONDON COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF NORWICH

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* AT 521 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER FITCHVILLE...OR ABOUT 4 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORWICH...
  MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
