  NORTHEASTERN NEW LONDON COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 428 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER VOLUNTOWN...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PLAINFIELD
  VILLAGE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
