  FOUR INCHES WERE COMMON. AN ADDITIONAL ONE OR TWO INCHES OR RAIN
  WILL OCCUR BETWEEN NOW AND MIDNIGHT...WHICH WILL CREATE THE
  LIKELIHOOD OF FLOODING AROUND CREEKS...SMALL STREAMS...AND AREAS OF
  POOR DRAINAGE.

  IF YOU LIVE IN A LOW LYING AREA...NEAR A CREEK OR STREAM...WHICH IS
  SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING...YOU SHOULD MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY
