THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DAVIDSON COUNTY...
  INCLUDING THE CITIES OF...BELLE MEADE AND NASHVILLE
  WILLIAMSON COUNTY...
  INCLUDING THE CITY OF...FAIRVIEW

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 614 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER SHOWED THAT A SIGNIFICANT  
  AMOUNT OF RAIN HAD FALLEN DURING THE NIGHT...ESPECIALLY AROUND     
  FAIRVIEW...BELLE MEADE...AND NASHVILLE. ALTHOUGH THE RAIN HAD      
  SLACKENED SOMEWHAT BY 600 AM, MORE HEAVY RAINFALL WAS EXPECTED IN  
  THOSE AREAS IMMINENTLY.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS, OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH
BY FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT
