  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF GALLATIN

* AT 605 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAINS OVER SOUTHERN AND EASTERN SECTIONS OF SUMNER COUNTY.
  SOME FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED BY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
  OFFICIALS IN PARTS OF SUMNER COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL CAN 
  BE EXPECTED OVER SOUTHERN AND EASTERN   PARTS OF SUMNER COUNTY 
  OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS...AROUND GALLATIN AND WESTMORELAND.
