THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL FRANKLIN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WINCHESTER

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 319 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS FRANKLIN COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE
  MOVING EAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. RAINFALL RATES WERE ESTIMATED TO BE
  TWO TO THREE INCHES PER HOUR BETWEEN 215 PM AND 315 PM CDT. 

* IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS, RIVERS
  OR CREEKS, WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS DURING HEAVY RAINS. CAMPERS
