THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN GRUNDY COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 415 PM CDT

* AT 109 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS EASTERN GRUNDY      
  COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

RAINFALL RATES ACROSS EASTERN GRUNDY COUNTY WERE ESTIMATED BY 
DOPPLER RADAR TO BE BETWEEN TWO AND THREE INCHES PER HOUR. DO NOT 
ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS, OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH 
BY FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT
