THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OTOE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA
  FREMONT COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST IOWA

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 358 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM NORTHEAST OTOE COUNTY NEBRASKA INTO FREMONT 
  COUNTY IOWA.  RADAR HAS ESTIMATED AT LEAST 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN   
  ACROSS THAT AREA.  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY 
  CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST 530 AM WITH ANOTHER INCH OR TWO OF RAIN.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED...WEEPING WATER TRIBUTARIES IN NORTHERN    
  OTOE COUNTY.  LOCAL CREEKS NEAR NEBRASKA CITY.  PLUM CREEK IN      
  WESTERN FREMONT COUNTY.  NISHNABOTNA TRIBUTARIES NEAR WEST OF     
  SIDNEY AND HAMBURG.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY AND 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS.
