THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DUNN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  PEPIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 421 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED SMALL     
  STREAMS OUT OF THEIR BANKS...AND SEVERAL ROADS ACROSS PEPIN COUNTY 
  UNDER WATER.  

* ANOTHER CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE OVER PEPIN AND   
  SOUTHERN DUNN COUNTIES THROUGH 6 PM. THESE AREAS HAVE ALREADY      
  RECEIVED BETWEEN 3 AND 5 INCHES OF RAIN ACCORDING TO RADAR         
  ESTIMATES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WITH THE NEXT      
  THUNDERSTORM CLUSTER WILL FURTHER AGGRAVATE THE                    
  FLOODING PROBLEM. THE GROUND HAS ALREADY BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT  
  RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA...AND ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RUNOFF AND  
  CAUSE FLOODING.
